This Hardee pattern flag is based on one captured at the battle of Lookout Mountain, Tennessee in 1n November of 1863. Made of wool flag bunting This reproduction47” inches X 53” inches with a white disc (or full moon) that measures 27” inches.
This is one of the largest of the Hardee pattern flags that was made. Has a pole sleeve for attachment to a flagpole.
The original was possibly carried by a regiment in Walthall’s brigade, was captured by the 60th New York Infantry Regiment. November 24th, 1863. Our reproduction is made N.J. Sekela.
